Cream Cheese Ball
I had this recipe at a wedding reception and just had to have it! I drain the pineapple juice -- makes it firmer and not as sweet. My seasoning salt is: 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp Mrs. Dash, and 1-2 tsp garlic and parsley salt. I also don't make a "ball" but more a log shape as another reviewer wrote.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Our family loves this recipe, and it's a regular at family gatherings. We don't use "crushed pretzels," though, and our crust isn't soggy. Put snack pretzels in a ziplock baggie, and bang on with something, or use your hands to break them up. You want them into what would be the equivalent of 1/3 or 1/4 the original length of the straight pretzels, or about 1/2 inch long.

Tomato Pie I
Good idea -- basil, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, pie, oh yeah -- but big disappointment on the taste of the mayo in it. I might make again, minus the offender.
