Cinnamon Rolls III
Do yourself a favor, make these cinnamon rolls! In a word: DELICIOUS!!! This was the first time I have ever made cinammon rolls and they turned out perfectly. My two daughters (and myself) loved them. These really are what you would call a gourmet cinnamon roll. The only thing I did differently was to omit the nuts because my daughter doesn't care for them and I did cook them for only the 15 minutes in a glass 9 X 13 inch pan. They were really easy to make too because my bread machine did the hard part: the kneading. Thanks for a wonderful recipe Miss Alix!!

English Muffins
My english muffins came out great except the interior texture of the muffin was more the consistancy of a bagel rather than an english muffin. The inside was more dense and did not have the "holes" an english muffin has. The flavor was very good though. Due to having to take my daughter somewhere, I cooked part of the muffins after a 30 minute final rise and the rest of them after an hour rise and the ones which were allowed to rise longer were nicer and bigger. Delicious toasted and topped with cream cheese!!

French Bread
I halved this recipe and made one loaf last night. The only thing I did differently from the recipe was to disolve the yeast in the warm water and then place it and the remaining ingredients in my bread machine to let it knead the bread for the recommended 10 minutes. I then placed the dough ball in an oiled bowl to rise and finished it out as the recipe stated. The bread is(was)delicious!! My picky teenage daughter loved it and ate several slices today with cream cheese spread on it. It turned out just as described: crunchy outside and a good chewy interior. The only problem I had was when I covered the formed loaf with a damp kitchen towel for the final rise, the towel stuck to it. Other than that, it turned out perfect. To soften the crust, I placed the baked loaf (still warm) into a large ziplock bag. Thanks for a great recipe!!
