Carrot Rice
Keeper! I used 'instant' brown rice, and it was yummy, so I'm sure it's even better with basmati. Thanks forthe recipe!

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce
I've never made bok choy as a stand-alone dish, but this was really yummy! Omitted the pepper,and was still too spicy for my little one - but perfect for the adults. Thanks for a yummy way to eat greens!

Praline Biscuits
Very quick. Very easy. My muffin tins over-flowed with the average-sized pan. I would make these again as a quick weekend breakfast at home, but not for dinner or gifts. Enjoyed trying them, though.
