Egg Salad Sandwiches
I always love trying new recipes and have made egg salad several times before. Prepared this one day and my husband commented "Perfect! Keep this recipe!" Absolutely delicious. I never seem to have mustard powder on hand so I used a tablespoon of stone ground mustard and also decreased the amount of mayo--one cup is just too "saucy" for me.

Pumpkin and Sausage Soup
I absolutely adore this soup. I use canned pumpkin and then use a hand blender right in the pot to puree the sausage and onion pieces. I've served this to several guests now and everyone raves. Outstanding, thanks for the recipe!

Baked Tortilla Chips
I really loved this recipe--you can do so much with this to satisfy a sweet (cinnamon/sugar) or salty craving. We used whole wheat tortillas and they are great. I recommend watching closely until you have your recipe perfected. Ours were done in about 10 minutes.
