Excellent Oatmeal Cookies
Very Easy to make, turned out excellent! Soft and chewy, very moist. I added white chocolate chips to half of the dough, and those turned out excellent as well.

Broccoli Cheese Soup
I made this for the second time today, and my whole family loved it. I use fresh broccoli instead of frozen, and I used american slices instead of cubed cheese. I serve it with sliced french bread. I think it is super easy and fast to make.

Coconut Shrimp I
This is exactly like the coconut shrimp that the "Outback" Steakhouse serves. Excellent!!
