About this Cook
If it's a dessert recipe that can be baked I am all for trying it. I bake wedding cakes as a home business and enjoy every minute of it.
My favorite things to cook
Desserts!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I bake and they eat!
My cooking triumphs
Cooking for large crowds. I enjoy having people in and cooking for them. I must admit that I get a bigger thrill when the dessert is a hit.
My cooking tragedies
I can honestly say I have never had a tragedy. There have been times when something could have been better but never a time when it wasn't edible. I look for the 4 and 5 star recipes on here, then read the reviews. Allrecipe.com cooks have never let me down!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
The reviews are right. This is a simple and wonderful recipe. We fixed 100 lbs. for our son’s wedding and the guests gobbled it up. I already had pork loins, bought pork butt to go with them and used cooking bags in the oven to help speed the time up. Next time I will use all pork butts as the recipe calls for. Thanks KMB233, this is a keeper for sure

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Out of this world…is the review my guests gave this recipe. My husband and I fixed this for our son’s wedding and everyone loved it. We stuffed 240 breasts and didn’t change a thing about it so I think we’re the reigning experts now. Thank you so much Laurie for a great recipe. I was worried that the chicken might be dry fixing so many but they made plenty of their own juice so there was no need to even have a sauce for them. The presentation was really pretty too. I crossed the bacon in an "X" over the breast and didn't need to use a toothpick because they were close together. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
