Special Buttercream Frosting
Made this tonight for some New Year's Eve cupcakes and it was fantastic. Halved the recipe and used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening half. Also added a smidgen of almond extract to enhance the flavor. Best buttercream I've ever made!

Cinnamon Mini-Muffins
These are yummy and quick little muffins. My kids really liked them. I would cut the margarine in the glaze next time to 2T, though.

Feta Cheese Ball
Love this recipe. It got rave reviews. I might add a bit more feta next time just to take it up a notch!
