Special Buttercream Frosting
Made this tonight for some New Year's Eve cupcakes and it was fantastic. Halved the recipe and used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup shortening half. Also added a smidgen of almond extract to enhance the flavor. Best buttercream I've ever made!
