Kentucky Butter Cake
YUM! I had an extra pint of cream in the fridge
so I substituted it for the 1 cup/ea milk and
butter. Also, brushed the inside of the bundt pan
with shortening and sprinkled unsweetened coconut
all over the inside of the pan, then a couple
of tablespoons of chopped pecans in the bottom of
the ring and stuck to the original butter sauce,
no cinnamon.
