Thin Egg Pancakes
not crazy about the recipe. my husband put blackberries on it and it was better. really had no taste, sorry.

Grilled Salmon I
So, I am not a big fan of salmon. Too fishy for me. BUt, we are trying to eat healthy. Anyway, this recipe was absolutely delicious!! It took the fishy taste away and replaced it with a sweet treat!! I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Wouldn't change a thing with the recipe.

Blackberry-Chocolate Chip Pie
I loved this recipe, however, I would HIGHLY recommend cutting the amount of chocolate or omitting it. I felt that it overpowered the berries and made it too sweet. Next time, I am putting only a quarter of the chips in. However, it was delicious!!!!!! Just needs some tweaking.
