Amish White Bread

I'm not sure what happened. I followed the recipe to a "T" and found the bread to be too dense, tough and it hardly rose. Maybe I didn't let the yeast proof enough? Any hints?

Dairy Free Chocolate Pudding

I thought this was great. Very creamy and rich. I decided to make mine sugar free and added four packets of sugar substitue in place of the granulated sugar. I will use this again!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

This was simply awful. What a waste of a filet. The sauce was too overpowering, and it had a sickening sweet taste to it. I made this for my husband (who eats everything) and he thoght it was "weird". Will not make again!

Buttery Cranberry Pie

This was an absolute hit on Thanksgiving. My family was a bit hesitant to try it but RAVED after one bite. This will defentily be a holiday tradition. I cut down some time on this recipe by using a Pillsbury crust and making a crumb topping. Delicious!
