Ham Balls
these were terrific, enough for two meals. nice flavor and texture, something different. i served it with the pineapple casserole on this site and roasted asparagus.

Pineapple Cheese Casserole
i cut the sugar in half and still thought it was too sweet, next time i'll try it with no added sugar, i think the pineapple is sweet enough on its own.

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Rice
this was very good, i used a bag of frozen bell peppers(red, yellow, green)and onions. came out nice and juicy and plenty of flavor.
