Italian Vegetable Soup with Beans, Spinach & Pesto
Tasty! I also sauteed some garlic with the onion and sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese before serving.

Potato Penne Soup
Delicious! A great way to use fresh veggies. I added garlic, as well, and it tasted great.
