Didnt change the recipie at all, the brine was a little pricy to make but the results were well worth it! I will NEVER cook a turkey any other way! I let it rest for an hour I covered it up in bath towels and it was sill hot, very moist and tasted great! I am proud:) The gravy from the dripings was awsome too!
