Pumpkin Cookies V
These were very good. I followed suggestions and made the frosting first. It also helps to take a spoon and make like a thumb print in the cookies when they come out of the oven to hold the frosting. I will use pumpkin pie spice as well as cinnamon the next time for a stronger pumpkin flavor.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This was easy and very good. I did not put bread crumbs & butter on top. Just added a little extra cheese. A definite Keeper!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This was easy & awesome! I only had cream cheese with chives so used that and it sure didn't hurt anything. Also added some fresh mushrooms that I sauteed first in a little butter and then added at the end. I used fat free 1/2 & 1/2 in an effort to cut calories. Alfredo isn't suppose to be terribly healthy!
