Shepherd's Pie

Makes a serving of 12 5lbs white potatoes 2lbs ground beef 1 can of evaporated milk 1 stick of butter 8oz shredded chedder cheese garlic powder onion powder salt pepper

Photography Notes: Preheat Oven 350 degrees Peel potatoes and cut up and boil until tender, meanwhile brown ground beef with the garlic/onion powder, salt/pepper. Cook until browned and drain both potatoes and beef. In a large bowl cream potatoes with butter and add can milk as need just enough to make potatoes a good consitency. In a large glass baking dish add thin layer of potato mixture,then all the beef and top with remaining potatoes, smoothing and covering all of the beef. Add shredded cheese over the top and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove and let cool for about 10 minutes,cut into squares and serve.
