Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These were very good. I did take the suggestion of another review and went a little heavy on the spices. I also had my raisins soaking in spiced rum since Wednesday! Very Yummy! This is a keeper! Thanks

Baked Stuffed Pumpkin
This was so fun to make and presents realy well. I took the leftovers and added to cookies and muffins. Yum, Yum.

Alison's Gluten Free Bread
this makes great pizza bread. We spread it in a jelly roll pan, brush with a little olive oil or sometimes with a light coating of pizza sauce and then bake/freeze. My son can have pizza any time now! :-)
