Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies

These were the right taste and texture. They are just like italian bakery butter cookies. I sandwiched mine either chocolate or raspberry jam. Dipped the ends in chocolate and colored sprinkles. I could not stop eating them. I will use this recipe again.

Carrot Souffle with Brown Sugar

Yum! Easy and delicious. A grating of fresh nutmeg really set the flavor off. Everyone raved. The dish was emptied.

Grandma Minnie's Old Fashioned Sugar Cookies

I found this cookie dough to be perfectly moist and pliable with the amount of liquid given. Perhaps the prior complaints of a crumbly dough were due to the size of the eggs used, or the time of year/temp/humidity when the cookies were made. I guess the key is to play it by ear and adjust as necessary. This seems like a reliable recipe to be used again. The finished cookies had a great taste and texture.

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These were very good muffins with an excellent moistness and texture within. The only tweaks that I made were to add a little lemon extract and lemon zest to help mask possibly tasting the baking powder, which is a flavor that I am personally very sensitive to.

White Russian Brownies

This is a rich and flavorful brownie. It can be made more family friendly by not soaking it in Khalua - though this is a brilliant touch. Easy awesome, company-worthy!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

These came out great. EASY cake recipe and the icing did indeed work better piped in from the top. I glazed the top of the cupcakes with a dark chocolate ganache and piped on the little white squiggles like the store brand has (for fun). The kids loved em!

Autumn Apple Blender Cake

Unfortunately, I didn't care for this cake at all. It reminded me of flavor of those fat-free apple muffins that they sell at 7-11. I do agree that it was easy to make. It just didn't suit my personal taste.
