I give the beer batter 5+ stars. I've never made fish that way before and it came out great! I used Dover sole, which I don't think was a good idea because the fish was a little mushy. Great flavor and super crunchy though! The sauce...that I only give 2.5 stars. It was just ok, not even "good". I followed the recipe to a "T" so it wasn't something I did. I can see potential in it however. What I don't see is why so many people raved over it. Overall, this recipe was good, but needs some tweeking
