Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce
Loved this! I decided to make this at the last minute and the only burger I had were frozen patties. Thawed and cooked them in the water, then tossed the rather chunky burger into my food processor, great texture. Anyway I added Cumin after reading another reviewers suggestion and this stuff is fantastic! It's a keeper, I won't be trying any other hot dog sauce recipes.

Ice Cream Scones
I had some peach ice cream on hand so thought I'd give this recipe a try. The scones looked great but were very bitter. I was out of self rising flour so added salt and baking soda (didn't realize until later I hadn't used powder. I goofed this one up, so I'll give it another shot and follow directions next time :)

Whole Wheat Beer Bread
I'm echoing the sentiments of several other posts. This is the best beer bread recipe ever! I found the suggested brand of baking powder (Super Wal-Mart) and added the 1/2 cup of brown sugar as suggested. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and nicely sweek, awesome! Oh, I used Stella Artois a Belgian beer.
