Tommy's Ham Casserole
Everyone at work loved this. When I make it again, I will add more soup, I prefer it a little creamier. Taste was good, however and I will add it to my favorites.

Granny's Squash Casserole
I made this and took it to work and everyone raved about it. Definitely a keeper.

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage
I used a leftover chop, dried mushrooms (porcini), I diced the onion, and used stewed tomatoes, w/italian seasoning and simmered all on stove and served over rice. Delicious! (I cooked this for one)
