Tomato and Pepper Salad
It's a good recipe. My husband and I eat it the first night "as is" with some extra's items (i.e.red onions, feta) based on previous comments. The next evening we added some cooked whole-grain pasta which actually turn it into a low calorie entree vs a side dish.

Creamy Banana Pudding
I've tried many many banana puddings in my lifetime and I have to say that this one ABSOLUTELY the best! It was a big hit at our Christmas dinner this year. I did not change any thing in the recipe it is perfect the way it is. If you want to impress your friends and loved ones with a great dessert...this recipe will do the trick!

Easy Slow Cooker Ham
Lesson learned never try a recipe for the first time for a work potluck... I used a 8lb uncooked bone-in ham and cooked it 8 hours while I was asleep. I thought I was going to awake the next morning to a cooked ham ready to slice and serve at the potluck. I admit the ham was flavorful but it just fell apart when I tried to slice it. It was not presentable at all. So I went to plan B and used the now shredded ham in another family favorite recipe to serve at potluck. I was late to work but I did have a dish to pass. I'll keep searching for a recipe to use to cook a ham :-(
