Yum!! My daughter has been asking to make ice cream, which I haven't done in years and since pineapple is my favorite hard to find flavor I thought I'd give this recipe a try. Excellent as is, but I think next time I will puree some of the pineapple first for more pineapple flavor. I am also going to try peach in place of the pineapple.

I haven't had these in probably 15 years. My aunt used to make them, but I never had the recipe. For one batch I substituted the peanut butter chips with butterscotch chips because that is how she used to make them.

I wish I knew Marsala could be this easy years ago. One of my husbands favorite resturant treats is now a regular dinner at home. I chose this recipe over the others because it called for less fats. Turns out great every time and we've used a variety of different meats.
