Anything easy. I really like making picadillo 'cause it's one of those throw together without measuring kind of meals.

My family cooks Cuban. I'm trying to become as awesome as they are in the kitchen.
My cooking triumphs
My Cuban Christmas cookies. I made them for the first time last Christmas. Now, everyone is begging me to make more (of course, I won't make them till Christmas comes around again!)
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made "Arroz con Pollo". The rice was hard. Well, pretty much anything I tried to make when I first moved in with my first husband sucked hehehe :P
