For my first attempt, I made this for a barbecue that I was invited to and everyone loved it. I didn't have the distilled white vinegar so I had to substitute rice vinegar and it was still wonderful. This will be the only potato salad that I will be making. Thanks Dwagner!!

I usually buy frozen corn dogs for my children and decided to try and make them from scratch. Well, this recipe was so easy and delicious. I did eliminate the bacon drippings, used beef hotdogs cut into thirds and covered them in flour before dipping into batter. The result was wonderful. My children rated these the best corn dogs they have ever eaten. Thanks Roby!

This is a very quick and easy recipe. I omitted the peppers, used red onions, seasoned breadcrumbs and cut the amount of chili and cumin in half. I didn't care for the chili and cumin taste and next time I will experiment with spices that I like since the cumin and chili over power the taste. I also used an extra large egg and that seemed to hold everything together nicely. I will definately make this recipe again.
