Coconut Cake I
This turned out excellent. My husband who doesn't like coconut cake couldn't get enough. I added some of the coconut to the cake batter and it added really great taste and texture to the whole thing.

To Die For Fettuccini Alfredo
This turned out really tasty. I changed it up a bit. I cooked some chopped garlic in butter and olive oil before I added the cream. I used 1 quart of heavy cream and 1 pint of fat free half and half, a mixture of shredded parmesan and Romano cheeses, cooked chicken and some fresh parsley to finish it off. The finished dish definitely needs a bit of salt. Overall a decent alfredo recipe.

B.L.A.T. Wraps
Really quick, easy and delicious! I made these for myself and another BLT wrap recipe from this site for the rest of my family and they were both a hit!
