About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom. I have 3 children, 2 older boys and 1 infant daughter. My boys and myself are incredibly picky about foods. My poor husband loves vegetables but I don't cook them very often.
My favorite things to cook
Just about anything. I love to cook and try new methods of cooking meats. I am trying to include more vegetables.
My cooking tragedies
It is easy for me to become distracted. I have burned spaghetti noodles before.

Pan-Fried Asparagus
Made this last night on the spur of the moment. Dh said he wasn't hungry but I didn't want the asparagus to go bad. I asked him to taste it and he sat down and ate the whole thing! He said the recipe was a keeper. I did cut back on the butter a little and I cooked for just under the 10min.

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken
I first reviewed this recipe a few years ago. I just wanted to say that this is still one of my family's favorite meals. My picky Asperger son loves this chicken and will eat it as is. I use Newman's Own Ceasar dressing- it looks like Italian dressing. If you have the time marinate over night in the dressing. If not even just a couple of hours really adds to the flavor. Any leftovers I heat up add some jack cheese and mustard and put on toasted bread for a sandwich. It's VERY good!
