Chocolate Caramel Nut Cake
Very easy to make and everyone loved it. I added 1 c. of coconut between the layers.

Bee Lian's Rich Orange Cake
A delicious cake - we all loved it. It seems subtle and rich at the same time. I made it just as the recipe said and it was wonderful.

Snickerdoodles I
Very cinnamon-y and tasty. The dough is the easiest I've ever worked with. Mine turned out drier and harder than I would have liked but perhaps I overbaked them.
