Artichoke Spinach Dip
I make this every time I have a gathering. The recipe is always requested. Serve it with Triscuits, veggies, or any snack cracker. I always use the Progresso Marinated Artichokes if I can get them. They have a great flavor.

Lemon Mousse Pie
I made this tonight and got rave reviews from my family. I used a graham cracker crust so it was much quicker. I'm going to try this again and make some mini mousses for a party.

Cream Cheese Penguins
Great appetizer idea! I made a plateful for a holiday gathering of friends and they loved them. My husband thought they tasted great. I used chive and onion cream cheese to give it some taste. Fun recipe!
