Buttertart Squares
Very good! Grease the pan with butter generously before baking and they will not sick. Even easier to get out of pan if you use a pyrex dish.

Spiced Cutouts
This is one of the best gingerbread recipes I've ever tried. The mix of spices is perfect and the dough was so easy to manage. In order to keep it from getting mushy, don't soften the butter too much and it won't need to be chilled at all.

Super-Easy Rocky Road Fudge
Really easy and good. Used half milk choc.chips and half semi-sweet. Also used peanuts instead of walnuts. Good advice to wait for chocolate to cool before mixing in marshmallows. Used 2 cups marshmallows as well, 3 cups is too much.
