Potato Chips
Love this recipe. No frying, no mess. Can opt for any seasoning. They really are crunchy--even the next day!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Some onion, basil,bacon or rosemary would be great added to this, but it was fantastic as written!

Cherry Dream Cake
Just didn't have the flavor that I thought it would. This was more like Cherry Shortcake with Jello in it. Wouldn't make this again, would prefer more flavor.
