Cherry Dream Cake
Just didn't have the flavor that I thought it would. This was more like Cherry Shortcake with Jello in it. Wouldn't make this again, would prefer more flavor.

Smoky Mountain Chipotle Chicken
Fantastic!! Works well as a sandwich too. Loved the many layers of flavor!

Squash Stuffing Casserole
Very good comfort food! I omitted the carrots (I don't like them). I also cheated the clock and baked this in the oven at 350 until it was bubbly and the stuffing on top was toasted, instead of waiting on the crock pot. I precooked the onions until they were soft,added the squash,and some corn (kernel and creamed).
