Hearty Beef Stew

Didn't have terriyaki so I used soy sauce. I too, will add worschestire sauce next time. Very tender.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I chilled dough overnight. It was very EASY to work with the next day. Cookies tasted good. This is the first time I've made Christmas cookies since I left home. Fun as I remember!!

Colossal Cookies

"Drop 1/4 cupfuls of batter." I don't think so. I dropped BIG rounded tablespoons onto the cookie sheet. They are chewy and good. Nothing special. Mine came out very thin as well as another reviewer stated. Insted of smooshing them down with a fork, I left the last couple batches just as I had plopped them. Better. Why so thin?????

Easy Tuna Casserole

LOVED IT! I also used 2 cups of uncooked noodles with a large can of tuna and one can each of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. I also added lots of yummy peas! My husband rated a nine for a tuna casserole. A ten from me. DELICIOUS.

Fruity Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I used a two pound tenderloin. I cut my medallions an inch thick and doubled the marinade. Marinated overnight. When grilling, I used tin foil. I think it might have been better grilling directly on grate. I also think I might have used too much soy sauce. My husband thought it was terriyaki flavored. I will definitely try again. Good!

Baby Back Ribs

SO TENDER! I used Kraft's Sweet Recipe Hickory Smoked Molasses. YUMMY! Falling of the bone. I'm from Michigan and it reminded me of ribs we get down south at Sticky Fingers. Very good!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

I also cut down cooking time to four hours. Delicious! I should have divided cheese and meat mixtures in threes. I only had two layers. It was good though!!! I used 24 ozs. of tomato sauce too. Thanks for recipe!

Jacob's Coat Casserole

I use the meat/onion mixture on the bottome of a 2 quart cassrole mixed with a little instant mashed potatoes. Then I layer a can or corn, and then the remaining potatoes. I make enough potatoes for six servings. Then then cheese goes on top. I will try adding more veggies. Sounds good!

Easy Southern Biscuits

What happened? I followed the directions EXACTLY. My biscuits would not come out of their paper liners. I should have just greased the muffin tin I guess. I'm new at this cooking thing and that's why I tried this simple recipe. We did manage to eat the tops of the biscuits which were fluffy and delicious. However, half of the muffins were wasted. Did I do something wrong again?

No Crust Coconut Pie

Did I make it incorrectly? Really soupy in the middle. Tasted eggy. The edges were good. A slightly golden color. I just made it because I had coconut to get rid of from a previous recipe. What went wrong? Is it because I beat it all together with an electric mixer? HELP!?!?

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Really good! I might also add garlic next time. Very tasty! Can't wait for leftovers. I did make mine with ground sirloin. I'll try it next with turkey. Yum Yum. p.s. I was so excited I forgot to put cheese in the mixture...On top of the peppers was great too!

Punch Bowl Cake II

Fun and pretty to look at. I took as a dessert for Thanksgiving. Many questions and comments. Delicious. Can't wait to make in the summer with fresh berries. We used a punch bowl ladle to scoop out portions. The next day, everyone just grabbed a spoon! Fun!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Decent - I did have leftover stuffing. I also had leftover mushrooms! I like them. Little spicy for the rest of the family. I would have liked more garlic and cheese. I will adapt recipe.
