Spinach and Strawberry Salad
I love this salad! I use cider vinegar in the dressing, and throw toasted almonds on top.

Antipasto Squares
Excellent! I followed most of the Most Helpful reviews about patting dry the peppers and changing the cooking temp, etc. This is great to serve for parties cut into little squares... just make sure to let it cool and set a bit before cutting it. I always have people ask me how I made it.

Strawberry Pie II
Pretty good. I gave it 4 stars because it should actually be called Strawberry Jam Pie, and that's not what i was expecting. But i LOVE strawberry jam, so it's a winner with me!
