Salmon with Lemon and Dill
This is a decent way to do salmon, but you need to increase most of the ingredients, and the cooking time is way too long unless you like overcooked fish. Fresh scallions are a great addition.

Seattle Dutch Babies
Yum! This is the best version of this recipe--easily thrown together for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can be sweet or savory. I add chopped green onions and herbs to serve with thin sliced country ham. Delish.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken I
The bitterness is caused by cooking lemon juice for so long. All you have to do to make this really good is use lemon ZEST in with the wine at the beginning and add only 3/4 cup of lemon juice during the last 15 minutes or so of cooking. Also, adding fresh herbs about the same time really makes it delicious.
