Cream Cheese Squares
I needed something quick and had the ingredients on hand to try this recipe..I added a can of cherry pie filling to "spice" it up. I agree that the next time I will cut back on the butter and we really liked these once they had cooled. I would make these again

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
I loved this recipe..The only thing I would change is that I would not put so much blue cheese but other than that I can't wait to have guests for dinner and get their opinions.

Brunch Enchiladas
I made these for Christmas morning as my daughter brought a friend who loves mexican. My whole family loved it. It was really easy to make which is a hit for me around the holidays.
