Quick Chinese-Style Vermicelli (Rice Noodles)

This was very good recipe and my whole family loved it. Instead of the Chili sauce, I used Franks Hot sauce and it was great. We will make this one again very soon.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

This is a very good recipe and my whole family enjoyed it. I poured my batter into a bundt pan and I had enough batter to make 8 cupcakes. There is no way all the batter would fit in my bundt pan. My husband really liked this cake too.

Fettuccine with Garlic Herb Butter

White Chili

This is a very easy and tasty dish but, my husband had liked other white chili recipes better. It is a mess to clean up with the cheese and I used boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite sizes instead of turkey.

Mongolian Beef II

This is a very good dish and finally I can make a dish that taste like what I have at a resturaunt. This is also a fairly easy dish to make and even my two year old liked it. We will make this again for sure.

World's Best Lasagna

This is good but, allot of work. I have had other recipes that are just as good and not as time consuming. I will probably just stick to my old recipe the next time. The original says it serves 8 and it is more like 10 or 12. There is no way to get this into a 9 x 13 dish and I had to use a large roasting pan which it almost didn't fit and it still bubbled over.

Better Than Sex Cake II

Chocolate Pecan Delite

I followed the recipe and it turned out a sloppy mess. It did not set up and looked bad. I was asked to bring dessert for Christmas and I left the leftovers behind. They froze it and said it was good but, I will not make this recipe again.

Chicken Slop

This was very good and I did add garlic powder and black pepper to the chicken when I made it. I also used Cream of Mushroom instead and my whole family enjoyed it including my two year old. The sauce was very good with white rice.

Shrimp Scampi V

This is a very good recipe and so easy. I added extra parsley and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper which really made this dish great. We are very big on vegetables, so I also added broccoli to the boiling angel hair pasta in the last three of cooking. This was enjoyed by the whole family. My husband wants me make this dish again next week.
