Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Anything that gets my husband and two-year-old son to eat fish deserves five stars, trust me. Very tasty reipe. The only thing I did differently was to substitute a tsp. of lemon pepper for the lemon juice and black pepper, simply because I didn't have any lemons. I doubt it affected the taste much. This one is going in my collection!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I always thought my mom's recipe was the best, utnil I found this one as a newlywed seven years ago. My husband is still asks for it all the time. I haven't messed with the recipe at all. It's excellent the way it is!
