Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day is my favorite. I fix pork and sauerkraut, black-eyed peas and ham, southern greens, mashed potatoes, corn bread, and chocolate mousse cake.

Peanut brittle, toffee, and caramels, but mostly my pie crust!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Great cookie! Easy to make! My kids and husband love them! I substituted toffee chips for the raisins. Awesome! I agree with the 9 minutes. Perfectly moist!

Beef Stew II
Great stew, and easy to prepare. I like to also add potatoes, and sometimes fresh mushrooms and cut green beans.
