Baked Pork Chops I
Excellent! I cooked only about 25 minutes then 10 minutes once covered in gray - lack of time and I knew the chops would be done. Thought it would turn out dry after cooking in oven (pre-gravy) but it was moist and very tasty. I was surprised to see that the soup I had was actually cream of broccoli. So instead I used what I had and made gravy from the Liptons Beefy Onion soup mix, then added in the white cooking wine. It's a keeper!

Alfredo Mostaccioli
Very good and simple. I made a double batch of the sauce as suggested by another reviewer. It was thinner than I prefer. No additional salt (though I did add a little to my serving) since I used salted butter. I used Sargentos shredded parmesan and added in some steamed broccoli. Even my husband who usually doesn't prefer Alfredo said it was good and packed left-overs for lunch. Thanks!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Easy, Quick, inexpensive and DELICIOUS. The cream had perfect consistency. I was a little concerned that it got to thinned out when adding to the rest of the soup, but just letting it cool, thickened it again, just as I suspected. I made a double batch. The boys didn't love it. But my husband and I liked it so well, I'm just calling them nuts and still giving 5 stars. My only change was using white whole wheat flour.
