I always make my Stuffed Shells with cottage cheese. I prefer the small curd, but using large curd is never a problem. I mix everything in my kitchenaid . I do add more mozzarella cheese to the recipe. Personal preference. I add preground italian spice and a pinch of ground garlic. The only hint I can give you is if you have a jerkey maker or cookie press use this to fill your shells. No mess and very easy to use.

Followed directions to the letter. The only change I made was added dehydrated jalapeno peppers. Excellent. Will make again.

I haven't made Twice Baked Potatoes in a very long time. These were very good and a reminder why I liked them. I added onion ranch dip, like another reviewer stated. These are amazing. Thanks for reminding me how great potatoes can be again.

OMG never had this before. Was wonderful different way to take fresh corn on the cob and change the flavor and texture. I would give this 10 stars if I could. I had 3 dozen ears and was going to blanch most, but this will turn it to 1/2 that amount. Just an add on ; I made it the second day with a few home grown tomatoes thrown in after it was done. Even a better combo.

This made the best catfish in the world. We always get whole catfish from our store and I usually cook it whole. I cut it in half and made it according to the recipe. The only thing I did do was add a touch of cayenne pepper. I made homemade sauce with wasabi mayo, real mayo, dehydrated garlic (my own) and a pickle in the chopper. Nice change from what we usually do with the catfish. Hubby loved it, that is half the battle.

I keep forgetting to rate these. The first couple of times I made these they tasted wonderful but my shape was way off. I decided to cut them like I would for a rolled out round cookie. Made a world of difference. I let them rise for around 30 minutes and used the dowel end of a wooden spoon to poke a hole direct into the center. I then twirled around the dowel. Perfect bagel shape. I also quit adding the eggwash. I went instead by the directions on Allrecipes and put what ever flavors I wanted after boiling on top. Came out perfect. My 3 year old granddaughter loves making up different flavors to make with her "Nonnie" She made apple cinnamon last week. These are a hit. Thanks

I did not keep the beer mixture overnight. 3 hours is all. I was making other Thank youderful wonderful wonderful. Hubby can't stop eating it.

Would give 5 stars, but I never use store bought canned food so. . . . I added my own beans I soaked the night before. I cooked a chicken breast on the stove until almost done then followed the instructions. Added fresh corn that I had canned myself. Served with homemade corn tortillas. Flavor was really good.

I've made these before and kept forgetting to rate them It took me way to long to rate this recipe. This recipe is wonderful. We are making homemade sauerkraut with the family and we are having a German theme day. I needed miniature rolls of bread for the German beef and kraut that I am serving. I came upon this recipe again and decide to make the rolls like they were miniature loaves of bread. Wonderful. Held up very well.

Wonderful. I did not pre-cook the scallops on the advice of other reviewers. I made my own heavy cream by reducing whole milk down to 1 cup. Came out perfect. I also added a little fresh dried garlic that I had dehydrated the week before. I also added a smidgen of onion as my husband has to have onion with almost any meal. I will make again. Thanks

I am really bad at making cookies. I can cook, bake, can and just about make anything but my sweets are usually horrible. I made these and gave them to my in-laws, scared at best. Never tried making wine before. I used fresh grapes that I was going to make jelly with. It cam out perfect. Friends said it had the "best Legs" of any homemade wine they had ever had. Going to make some more.

Great recipe, great flavor, had to tweak the proportions of flour and water a little; as the batter seemed a little weak. I also added a little home grown dehydrated garlic. I added a 1/2 cup of ice cold beer instead of ice water. The shrimp was very moist and still tender. A Keeper

Tasted very bland. I added cayenne pepper and cooked totally towards directions. Was very soupy. I will stick to my old recipe that always rises and never fails to please. Will not make this again

recipe is okay, wasn't like the shortbread from Scotland that I'm used to. Seem to be a little to moist for that. Taste good though and very easy to make

Perfect! Our fishmonger gave us a bag of frozen rock lobster tails and we needed something new to do with them. My husband wanted them again the next night. I added a little more spice to the mix otherwise perfect. Thank you.
