Authentic Kicked-Up Syrian Hummus

If I could give 6 stars I would... yum yum YUM! I will never buy hummus in the grocery store again -- this is simple, delicious, inexpensive, and quick. Just a great recipe -- thank you!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Really enjoyed these burgers on the grill... be sure to use enough oil on the foil to prevent sticking. Light mayo and some Provolone and we had a great summer meal!

Corn Chip Crunch

I really like this recipe a lot. I made it for a bake sale and it was gone in a matter of minutes. The only changes I made was using light corn syrup instead of dark, and letting it sit at boiling for about 3 minutes (stirring CONSTANTLY). This seems to make it more crispy and all of my friends have raved over it.

Chicken Tetrazzini II

I made this recipe last night exactly as written, except that I used klusky noodles instead of egg noodles. It turned out just perfect--great consistency, great flavor. I will definitely make this again and have given this recipe to my mom and other friends.

Cheese and Pasta in a Pot

Tried this last night and it is yummy! It took a bit longer to put together than I expected but the end results were worth it... my daughter likes it better than my lasagna, which was always her favorite. I used Emeril's Kicked-Up Tomato sauce which added a nice punch... I had to add some salt to my serving but otherwise, very good. I will make this again.

Cajun Style Meatloaf

I made this for my husband, who is a meatloaf expert, and he LOVED it. Very moist, very spicy and flavorful, and great for leftovers as it makes a lot. Served it with mashed potatoes and crescent rolls... a great dinner.
