Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pistachios
Delish! The first time I made these I made them with the pistachios, the last three times I used toasted pine nuts, and like them equally as well. This is the best way to eat brussels sprouts, takes the bitterness off and makes them interesting.

Margaritas on the Rocks
AMAZING MARGARITAS. Just the recipe I was looking for. My husband and I both loved these. I agree that the first few sips are on the strong side, but as the ice begins to slightly melt, I would say they are the PERFECT MARGARITA!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Fantastic Pumpkin Bread. I have made the recipe exactly how it reads and it was out of this world delicious. Trying to live a bit healthier, so this time I substituted whole wheat unbleached high fiber flour, half splenda/half sugar, and half oil/half applesauce, and it turned out great! You can't go wrong with this recipe.
