Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Fantastic Pumpkin Bread. I have made the recipe exactly how it reads and it was out of this world delicious. Trying to live a bit healthier, so this time I substituted whole wheat unbleached high fiber flour, half splenda/half sugar, and half oil/half applesauce, and it turned out great! You can't go wrong with this recipe.
