Baked Maryland Lump Crab Cakes
i live in south louisiana and have eaten many crab dishes, this is one of the best. thanks to the reviewer that said to use 2 eggs instead of the egg product. i'm an old redneck and didn't have a clue as to what "egg product" was.

Grilled Okra
this was about the only way i've never eaten okra and it was very good. there is no need to oil the grill since the okra has already been dipped in melted butter.

Bacon Cabbage Stir-Fry
cooked properly there is no need to add water to this wonderful, easy dish. more garlic, mustard or onions is a matter of preference and i added lots of each.
