Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese
Thanks i also love a crispy crust on top. My husband and Son will only eat the boxed stuff and i won't touch it. So thanks for recipe, i did leave out Worcestershire because i didn't have any

Eggplant Bake
I had an Eggplant that needed to be used. I had every thing but the Feta, I love Feta but don't think i would have liked it here. Also i didn't add tomatoes but only because i don't like fresh tomatoes cooked. And also while i enjoyed i think next time i might try Mozzarella

Vegetarian Chili
Wow this is very similar to the Chile i make. Very simple i just made it tonight. I use Chile beans, adds a little more flavor and saute a jalapeno with the onion. Also instead of tomato juice i use a can of Mexican tomato sauce adds a little kick. Have never used bay leaves may have to try next time.
