Grandma Reid's Stuffing

The recipe makes enough stuffing for 10-12 people. People loved the meat stuffing, it was a great change. We added 1 can of chicken stock and baked it in trays (not stuffed in the turkey).

Seared Veggie Rollups

I used all different types of peppers. I thought it looked a bit boring, but it was the hit of the party! People wanted more. The recipe really makes 3 packages of rolls. It's a bit messy rolling, but it's worth it!
