Mall Pretzels
Excellet flavor! Everyone at work requests them. I discovered a few things. If you brush on the soda water after the prezels have baked a few minutes they won't stick to the sheet, I brushed them several times on each side while baking instead of dunking them in it. Also to make the shape more prezel like I made a small ball of dough into a large donut shape and twisted it into a pretzel from there. Awesome recipe, will make again.
