I didn't want to turn the oven on for 2 hours to do the real thing; this came in very close. I cut lemon juice in half and folded in fresh blueberries. While the consistancy is not that of real cheesecake, it tastes great and is super easy. Summer Cheesecake fix...........solved. Thanks for sharing

I'm giving this 5 stars based soley on my boyfriends opinion (I'm don't eat pork) He lived in Thialand for 2.5 years and really misses the food. I surprised him with this one day we took the grill to the lake he was SUPER impressed. Thanks for the recipe!

Excellet flavor! Everyone at work requests them. I discovered a few things. If you brush on the soda water after the prezels have baked a few minutes they won't stick to the sheet, I brushed them several times on each side while baking instead of dunking them in it. Also to make the shape more prezel like I made a small ball of dough into a large donut shape and twisted it into a pretzel from there. Awesome recipe, will make again.
