Chocolate Chiffon Pie by EAGLE BRAND(R)
This pie had a distinct rubbery texture, and I assume this was from the gelatin. I tasted the filling from the bowl before I poured it into the pie shell and it tasted wonderful. I used Ghirardelli chocolate. I would make it again without adding the gelatin, perhaps serving it in dessert cups like a mousse. I think the gelatin really detracts from the flavor of the pie.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
WONDERFUL! I replace 1/2 cup of the white flour with whole wheat and occasionally use blackberry preserves. This is ALWAYS a hit!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Used 1 cup white flour and a 1/2 cup whole wheat flour instead of 1.5 cups of white flour. Added chocolate chips. EVERYONE RAVED! These are great and easy.
