Over the Fire Scalloped Potatoes
I first tried this recipe while we were stationed in Italy and all the displaced Americans loved it. I've made it several time since and have been asked to the recipe every time. I've found it also works to place the packets in a moderate oven when the weather doesn't cooperate outside!

Classic Fish and Chips
I'd been searching for fish and chips that tasted as good as we got at a pub in London; this is the closest I've found so far and will become a permanent part of my collection. My only problem was keeping the coating on the fish as it cooked and in serving.
