Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
I feel bad reviewing this recipe with modifications, but I really enjoyed this recipe and want to share. I used a can of coconut milk (I found this in the Asian food section of my grocery store) and used enough cream to make up the difference. I also used corn starch instead of flour. I made my own whipped cream and that makes such a difference! My husband loves coconut pie and he's had many different kinds and he absolutely loved this pie! I will make it again and again.
