I feel bad reviewing this recipe with modifications, but I really enjoyed this recipe and want to share. I used a can of coconut milk (I found this in the Asian food section of my grocery store) and used enough cream to make up the difference. I also used corn starch instead of flour. I made my own whipped cream and that makes such a difference! My husband loves coconut pie and he's had many different kinds and he absolutely loved this pie! I will make it again and again.

These were so good! I made the recipe exactly as instructed, except that I used cream cheese with onions and chives instead of regular. My husband has told me at least 3 times how much he liked them. Thanks for the recipe!

When I made these as the recipe called I had a big mess. Turning them was almost impossible. I read the reviews and added flour and that made such a difference, they actually turned and looked like pancakes. I'm only giving 3 stars because as is the recipe isn't that great.
