Best Carrot Cake Ever
This was the best carrot cake ever. I made it for my husband's birthday and he LOVED it (he is picky). I will be making this one again.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
It is rare that I do not enjoy a highly rated recipe from this site. Actually this might be the first time. The balsamic was too strong & the tomatoes added to the overkill of acidy flavor. I will not make this one again.

Red Pepper Soup
Mine turned out a little thin, so I cooked and added a butternut squash. It was so good, I didn't even need to add the cream. An excellent simple recipe perfect for bread dunking!
