Raisin Sauce for Ham I
This was a great base recipe to start from. I must admit I hardly ever follow a recipe exactly. The changes I made: I used dried cranberries instead of raisins. I left out the salt and sugar entirely. I used a shake of cinnamon along with the cloves. It was sweet and spicy and thick. Wonderful over ham or chicken.

Ramen Coleslaw
I made this tonight. I have made a similar recipe before. I liked this one better. What I did different: I used a small regular onion, slivered almonds and only 3/4 of the seasoning packet. I also omitted the salt. I added about 1/2 tsp garlic powder and about 1/8 tsp five spice powder. I took the recommendation from the reviews and used 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil and 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. My only complaint - not enough dressing. Next time I'll probably double the amount of dressing I make.

Coconut Cranberry Bars
I made these for a big party. They were wonderful and easy to make. I would recommend plumping the dried cranberries in hot water for a few minutes. Drain before adding them to the mix, of course.
